Went on a long camping trip last year with my friends, everything was pretty good, services were relatively easily accessible, and bathrooms and showers were mostly clean.
I would most definitely bring enough bottled water with you though. I would not want to drink the water around here. Something seemed off.
The campground was nice apart from the amount of rocks in the dirt which made it hard to put up a tent on our site. and relatively private. Everyone was also relatively quiet and respectful.
Stayed here for a week of tent camping. Had a lovely and scenic campsite located right on the Grand River. Facilities were very well-maintained, the showers are small but clean and had plenty of hot water. The washrooms were clean and modern. There were other campers nearby but not too close; it’s a friendly place but we still felt we had some privacy to relax. It seems like a really good “family” place and the atmosphere was great. Lots of nice big trees for shade. There are playground facilities for children and a swimming pool (we didn’t use it but it looked pretty nice). The staff were really great; they were super friendly and helpful. After we arrived, we saw another campsite that looked more interesting and they were able to switch our location quickly. Everyone we met was very kind and professional. Great people working hard here. Definitely worth a look if you want a quiet and beautiful getaway. It’s not far from Dunnville (the closest town) which has plenty of little stores for groceries and supplies.
Visited first time travelled over 1.5hrs. Wasn't what I expected. The staff are all rude and they don't have manners. The pool entrance is dumb you pay at one building wait 1hr in line only to wait another 30 min to enter pool. Cause it's reached capacity at 11:20am 20. Min after opening cause no lifeguards on duty. So much for the 1000 people capacity capped at 200. Then if you leave pool for a minute you can't enter back in. So don't go for a smoke. The park is just an open space for picnicing. The pool was ok I say 7 out of 10. But not worth rhe long drive and pay to enter for park and pool.wont come back again.
Pool open but full cap so had to wake up early next day to purchase a wrist band to swim , site was ok some grass more dirt and stone tho . Not too loud at night would go again
great picnic & swimming pool area for family, large & small camping sites (unfortunately after heavy rain made some sites very muddy). Washrooms not the cleanest but hot showers are nice. I would recommend.

This park is great. Beautiful views of sunset and sunrise, clean and well kept, pool was beyond refreshing. We will be coming back here every year from now on.
Amazing place for a leisure outing. Had lots of fun with family. The water park is a nice place for kids. They also have life guards, so no worries even if you don't know how to swim. The place also has nice picnic spots in side and RV park for night stays. It is usually busy during summer weekends. Best time to go in June-September. Don't forget to bring your own snacks!
